Native American tribes prized hickory bark for its potent medicinal properties. It is an effective systemic anti-inflammatory and arthritis treatment when used regularly. It is also a gentle diuretic and can help relieve water retention and bloating.
Our shagbark is harvested exclusively from the trees on our property to ensure zero contamination. The bark is scrubbed thoroughly to remove lichens and other natural deposits, then slow roasted at low temperature to gently bring forth its powerful resins and oils.
This tincture should be used daily to treat chronic arthritic conditions, but can be used short term for acute inflammation.
